These terms govern your use of RankSarthi at seo.codingmarble.com ("the service"), operated by CodingMarble SEO ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

RankSarthi is an automated search-engine-optimisation service. It crawls websites you own, researches keywords for each eligible page, analyses publicly visible competitor pages, prepares improvements to titles, descriptions, headings, content and structured data, applies changes you have approved, and monitors search positions over time.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate account details and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account may cover the number of websites included in your plan, plus any add-ons.
• We may suspend an account that abuses the service, attempts to access other customers' data, or is used for unlawful content.

3. Your website and your authority

You confirm that you own the websites you add, or that you are authorised to make changes to them. You are responsible for the content of your website and for any legal obligations attached to it.

4. Changes to your website

• The first audit is read-only. Nothing is changed on your website without your approval.
• Where you enable automatic mode, we apply only the categories of change you approved, and every change carries a rollback to its previous value.
• You can disconnect the service at any time by removing the connector from your website.

6. Honesty of data

We do not fabricate metrics. Where a figure has not been measured — because a data source is not connected, or a result has not yet been observed — it is shown as unknown or clearly labelled as an estimate rather than presented as fact.

7. Plans, billing and website slots

• Plans are monthly and priced in US Dollars. Local currency amounts shown on the website are approximate conversions.
• A website added to your plan stays reserved to it until the end of the current billing month.
• Additional websites are available as monthly add-ons.
• Cancellation and refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for websites containing unlawful material, for search manipulation schemes such as doorway pages, cloaking or link networks, or to process websites you do not own or control. We may refuse or stop work that we believe breaches search-engine guidelines or the law.

9. Third-party services

The service uses third parties such as search-data providers, Google Search Console, analytics platforms and payment gateways. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and an outage on their side may reduce what the service can measure or do during that period.

10. Intellectual property

You keep all rights to your website and its content. Recommendations, drafts and reports we produce for your website are yours to use. The service software, interface and underlying systems remain ours.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost traffic or lost business opportunity.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or inside your account before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
