1. What you are paying for

Your subscription buys a month of continuous work on your website: crawling and classification, keyword research for each eligible page, competitor analysis, improvement plans, approval-gated changes and rank monitoring. The work begins as soon as your plan is active, which is why a month cannot be partially returned once it has run.

2. Cancellation

• You can cancel at any time by emailing us or using the message box in your account.
• Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not end the month you have already paid for.
• Your service, reports and data stay available until the end of that paid month.
• No cancellation fee is charged at any time.

3. Website slots

Each plan covers a fixed number of websites. A website you add stays reserved to your plan until the end of the current billing month, because research, monitoring and history are built continuously for that specific website. You may add further websites at any time as add-ons.

4. When we do refund

We refund the affected month in full when:

• the service did not run for your website for reasons on our side;
• you were charged twice for the same period;
• you were charged after a cancellation we had confirmed.

Email us within 7 days of the charge with your account email and website address. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. When we do not refund

• Unused days in a month that has already started.
• Ranking outcomes. Search rankings depend on competition, authority and search-engine algorithms that nobody controls. We never promise a position, and we do not refund on the basis of rankings not improving.
• A website that was disconnected, taken offline or blocked our access during the month.
• Changes you approved and later regretted. Every change carries a rollback you can apply yourself.

6. Currency and charges

All plans are priced and charged in US Dollars. Amounts shown in other currencies on our website are approximate conversions for convenience only. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion rate and international transaction fees, which are outside our control and are not refundable by us.

7. Failed or disputed payments

If a payment fails, your plan simply does not activate and nothing is charged. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first — we resolve billing errors directly and faster than a dispute.
